Guess I am still not done with my Portugal shots, so here's another one. After sleeping first time after our arrival and about the only night we've actually lied down in the tent SvenMueller
and I woke early to shoot Cabo da Roca from afar during dawn. The wind was pretty harsh sometimes but standing up there and eating cookies during the long exposures really felt like we had finally reached our destination. And I was amazed by the cliffs excited like a little child finally getting to shoot something that actually looks awesome after returning from my Alpine trip of 2011.
Again I found myself going with a rather cold and slightly purple colored white balance adding a slightly magical touch maybe. All in all I didn't change much, added a little contrast and saturation and that was it. I love to have good shooting conditions resulting in as little post-work as possible.
P.S.: Cabo da Roca is the westernmost location of Europe thus the title.
Here is the 2013 version taken during my 2. trip with SvenMueller
