Another Panorama from my summery trip to the Alps with SvenMueller. I always wanted to make such a panorama with only snow and mountains not giving away any other impression or connotation. Sadly the sky was bland but therefor the light conditions on that particular morning were quite impressive leading to some nice shadows on the mountain range which was about 3.5miles away. The original file is made up of 5 horizontal images and was more than 19000px wide. It's quite astounding to look for all the little details on the mountain walls. Sadly I had to downsize it for distro purposes but I think I may print this in full size for my next exhibition.
I deliberately left out my name this time because I figured it would disturb the impression to an extend that it does indeed lower its visual potential covering up to much detail or simply distracting from the emptiness of the sky. Hope you enjoy.
